About the Role:

As an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager you will join our PMO Practice. This is a Strategic area of our business and measures of success in this role are successful delivery and completion of projects to our customers.

This role is a core ingredient in ensuring desired outcomes are achieved for our customers and AC3.

• As the project manager, you will be responsible for medium and large ServiceNow and IT Infrastructure projects, taking ownership and leading as the public face of the team when we are in delivery mode
• Drive the lifecycle of a project from implementation, migration and transition, from requirements definition through to transition to operational support​
• Manage projects and report on the following aspects: scope, schedule, risk, issues, budget, resources, finance, deadlines, communication and quality​
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties

Essential Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in project management of infrastructure projects​, SaaS projects (ServiceNow) or Cloud solutions projects (AWS, Azure).
• Previous experience working on ServiceNow module implementation projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• ServiceNow Delivery Methodology
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage
  multiple programmes of work
• Ability to motivate and mobilise a project team towards an outcome
• Proven ability to create and present complex business and technical solutions​
• Industry certification in Project Management Methods i.e. PMBOK, Prince 2, or Agile.
