Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and 3PL partners to manage customer orders, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of satisfaction. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Key responsibilities

Act as the company communications point to assist inquiries, providing stock availability information and details.

Handle daily processing of customer orders from all channels, including online, email, staff requests, and events.

Support and oversight of the role of Sales Administration Officer, providing guidance, fostering professional development, and addressing operational issues as they arise

Process manual order changes, including pricing, promotions, and discontinued codes, ensuring payments are correctly reapplied.

Communicate with 3PL partners to track shipments, manage delivery ETAs, and ensure timely fulfillment.

Report stock issues, collaborate with the inventory team to maintain product availability, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Create department invoices, generate end-of-month reports on outstanding orders, and maintain accurate customer details in inventory systems.

Work with internal teams to resolve order processing issues and provide assistance across the supply chain as needed.

Generate sales reports and analysis including end of month sales and open orders.

Build a positive relationship with customers, 3PL warehouses and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient operational processes

As the successful candidate, you'll have

Minimum 3 years proven experience in sales administration, preferably in a supervisory role

Exceptional attention to detail

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset

Ability to manage multiple competing tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
