About the Role:

As a Telemarketer, your primary focus is lead generation – no direct sales required.

Dedicated Lead Generation Role – Identify and generate leads for our sales team.

Step Up to Sales – Applicants eager to learn sales conversion will be prioritised.

Research & Develop Partnerships – Call potential partners (real estate, storage, property managers, stylists, etc.) to build relationships.

KPI: 30–40 calls per day – Quality conversations, not just volume.

Base Salary + Performance Incentives – Competitive salary with rewards for strong performance.

Full Training Provided – Learn industry-leading sales techniques and Zoho CRM.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Outbound Calling.
✅ Strong communicator with confidence on the phone.
✅ Motivated to Develop Sales Skills and grow into a higher-paying role.
