Your New Role:

We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role is crucial in supporting our Recruitment team, ensuring compliance standards are met, and managing key financial responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Recruitment team
  • Audit, collate, and maintain compliance documents for medical professionals
  • Ensure adherence to Nation-wide standards and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate travel and accommodation arrangements for placed candidates
  • Maintain records and assist with company compliance reporting
  • Manage invoicing, debt collection & reconciliations
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Allocate and record expenses accurately
  • Assist with financial audits & reporting
  • Debt collection

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in operations, finance, and compliance administration
  • Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret rules and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Experience using Xero and handling financial reporting (not essential)
  • Applied understanding of ISO 9001
  • Strong problem-solving & risk assessment skills
  • Excellent verbal & interpersonal communication
