The Person We’re Looking For / The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to assist our Managing Directors and senior management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations across multiple facets of the group with a strong focus on the commercial contracting and labour hire divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Directors and Senior Managers.
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation and management of but not limited to contracts, tenders, and compliance documentation.
Maintain and organize company records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations.
Coordinate with external partners around HR and Health and Safety requirements.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project requirements.
Support the onboarding process for new hires in the labour hire division.
Coordinate and support external social media management company.
Plan, organize and full cycle management of internal team building and cultural events.
Coordination of client events, client gifts and all company charity and sponsorship obligations
Implement and maintain office systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience / About You
Proven experience in a commercial administrative or business support role, preferably within the construction or labour hire industries.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with project management software.
Understanding of commercial contracting and labour hire operations is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an extremely fast-paced environment.
