Our assistive technology devices and software platform allow carers, organisations, aged care providers, government agencies, monitoring vendors and community care providers to virtually monitor their wearers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engaging with clients, end-users and product development teams to gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements

· Assessing and reviewing current operational processes, workflows, and digital systems to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

· Proposing practical recommendations to streamline business operations and enhance system capabilities in line with organisational goals.

· Drafting comprehensive functional and technical documentation to support system upgrades, enhancements, or new implementations.

· Planning and coordinating ICT projects by managing schedules, resources, and budgets using established project management practices.

· Leading system testing activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring solutions meet required standards of functionality and quality.

· Developing training resources and delivering knowledge-sharing sessions for system users and operational staff.

· Evaluating and documenting wearable devices and IoT systems like ConnectiveCare to improve quality control processes and user experience.

· Supporting the enhancement and optimisation of websites, applications, and information systems through collaborative consultation with developers and users.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

· Strong diagnostic, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business issues into technical solutions.

· Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and their application in ICT environments.

· Proficiency in modelling business processes, system workflows, and data structures to support effective system design.

· Experience with wearable technologies and smartwatches using operating systems like full android OS, Android wear, Tizen, etc and preparing requirements and user interface documentation for these type of devices

· Experience in quality control assessments and processes when conducting assessments of wearable devices and assisting the product development team

· Clear and confident communication skills, with the capacity to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.

· Experience in producing system documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.

· Experience in using CRM and IoT provisioning software platforms like ConnectiveCare.

· Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
