As we expand our e-commerce presence, we are investing in digital transformation to enhance online sales. We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to drive technology solutions that bridge business needs with digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

System & Process Analysis – Conduct detailed assessments of ICT systems, identifying gaps and recommending solutions to improve digital sales and operational efficiency.

E-Commerce & Online Strategy – Assist in the development of a comprehensive strategy to grow online sales, improve website functionality, and streamline digital transactions.

Solution Design & Implementation – Work with internal teams and external vendors to design, integrate, and deploy digital solutions aligned with business objectives

E-Commerce Growth Strategy – Support initiatives to improve website functionality, integrate third-party tools, and streamline online transactions.

Process Improvement & Automation – Analyse workflows and recommend automation strategies to enhance customer experience and internal operations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Support – Collaborate with various teams (IT, marketing, operations) to ensure successful implementation of ICT solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting – Monitor sales trends, user behaviour, and system performance to provide insights to management.

Training & Knowledge Transfer – Develop training materials and provide support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track key metrics, analyse trends, and generate reports on system performance and sales insights.

About You

Degree in ICT, Business Analysis, or a related field.

Extensive experience in business process analysis, system integration, and ICT solution implementation.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce technologies, CRM, ERP, and cloud-based solutions.

Proven ability to manage enterprise-level projects and cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving digital customer experience.
