Recharge Petroleum is the BP fuel distributor for SA, NT and northern WA, with a rapidly growing network of sixteen company operated BP branded service stations throughout this region. Recharge is proudly a family owned and operated business.

Your Role:

The General Manager of our retail division will provide leadership to deliver a superior service station experience by providing high-quality fuel, convenience, and exceptional customer service while driving operational excellence and profitability. Through strong high-impact leadership, innovative strategies, and a commitment to efficiency, we aim to create a thriving business that benefits our customers, employees, and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Area/Store Managers operations of multiple service station locations

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Lead, train, and motivate site managers and frontline staff

Monitor fuel, convenience store, and food service performance to maximise revenue

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies

Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control initiatives

Build strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders

Revenue Growth – Increase in total sales (fuel, convenience and food services)
