What We’re Looking For:

✔️AHPRA Registered Nurse is a MUST
✔️Proven extensive leadership experience in aged care, community, retirement living, or healthcare services
✔️ Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and continuous improvement
✔️ Ability to lead in a structured yet evolving environment, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership
✔️ A collaborative, firm-but-fair approach to managing teams and fostering engagement
