The Opportunity:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact a well-established company, poised for further expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of business operations.

Identify opportunities for business development and growth and implement strategies to achieve them.

Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.

Map and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Manage IT projects to improve system efficiencies.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

Strong background in IT Project Management.

Solid understanding of Business Analysis principles.

Exceptional people leadership and team management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated expertise in process management and business process mapping.

Experience in writing and implementing SOPs.

A strong desire to build and grow a business.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
