This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Moorebank, offering the convenience of onsite parking and a great work-life balance with business hours from 8am to 4pm.

My client is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales & Admin Coordinator who's ready to jump into a fast-paced, full-time role helping deliver top-notch service and support to their awesome customers.

🕘 Hours: Full-time, permanent
💰 Salary Range: $60K-$70K

🎯 What You'll Be Doing:

Be the friendly voice for their customers - answering questions, solving problems, and making their day.

Create quotes, process orders, and handle all the sales admin like a pro.

Put your coordination skills to work generating delivery dockets, invoices, and more.

Team up with our dispatch legends to ensure everything gets where it needs to go - on time and on point.

Help out with payroll - yep, you're that versatile!

Keep things ticking along with general admin, including purchasing.

🧠 What You Bring to the Table:

2+ years of experience in a similar role (bonus points if it's in manufacturing or FMCG).

A natural communicator - clear, friendly, and confident in writing and on the phone.

Detail-driven and organised, with superior multitasking skills.

Tech savvy - you know your way around Word, Excel, and MYOB (or similar).

A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for helping others.

Curious and quick to learn - especially when it comes to the technical stuff.

Calm under pressure and confident working independently when needed.
