Join us in supporting emergency service agencies worldwide. Our technology plays a critical role in combating bushfires, flood recovery, and real-time emergency operations. Working in Business Developments and Partnerships, you'll be responsible for building and managing our sales pipeline, answering enquiries from potential customers and working with our existing customers to identify, qualify and close opportunities for software enhancements, licences and professional services.

This is not a cold calling role! You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying leads, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the right solutions. You'll be hands on with our software and help guide it's development based on your customer insights.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to Customer Enquiries and Support Tender/Proposal Responses
Manage inbound enquiries from prospective customers, providing timely and professional responses that convert interest into actionable opportunities. Demonstrate our software to prospective customers. Shape responses including proposals and tenders.

Grow Existing Customer Accounts
Build relationships with current customers to identify and pursue opportunities for increased SaaS usage, additional licences, professional services, and ongoing support. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer success.

Sales Process & CRM Management
Design, implement, and continuously improve our sales pipeline processes. Take ownership of CRM usage (e.g., lead tracking, opportunity management, reporting) to ensure visibility and accountability in sales activities.

Marketing, Promotion & Brand Awareness
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives, including website content, case studies, newsletters, social media campaigns, and attendance at relevant conferences and trade shows.

Contribute to Strategy & Growth Planning
Work closely with founders and the broader team to shape go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement initiatives. Provide insight from the field to inform product development and business decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a motivated and capable individual ready to take the next step in their career - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is curious about technology, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape how we grow.

Exposure to sales processes and concepts within a SaaS or technology environment. You understand the basics of lead generation, pipelines, customer conversion, proposals and account growth.

Experience with business development, marketing, or partnerships in a B2B context, particularly software and services.

A passion for one or more of the following: emergency services, geospatial/mapping, public safety, or software and technology that makes a difference.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with customers, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.

A self-starting, outcomes-focused mindset - you take initiative, follow through, and are comfortable working in ambiguity while helping us build and refine our processes.

Full Australian work rights, you're based in Sydney and keen to work from our office at least three days per week in a hybrid team environment.
