What You’ll Do:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within blue collar and white collar recruitment markets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across key sectors
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to deliver tailored staffing solutions
• Lead client meetings, present proposals, and negotiate terms
• Monitor industry trends and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
• Attend Networking events and industry conferences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development or sales within recruitment (white collar / technical recruitment preferred)
• Strong network within Civil, Infrastructure, or Renewable energy sectors
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and hit KPIs
• Experience with CRMs like Hubspot and LinkedIn.
