About the Practice:
Located on the Main Street in Blackwood, this thriving medical facility is home to 13 General Practitioners, 6 Nurses, 13 visiting specialists and allied health professionals, along with a large Admin team.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re excited to be expanding and are on the lookout for a warm, professional, and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. We have opportunities available for both full-time (38 hours/week, Monday to Friday) and part-time positions. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service and being the welcoming face of a healthcare practice, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Strong computer skills (essential)

Experience with Best Practice software (desirable but not essential)

Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner

A team player attitude with the ability to work collaboratively

The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure

A proactive mindset with great problem-solving skills

Strong time management and organisational abilities

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

And a great sense of humour to keep the workplace positive and enjoyable!
