Position

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be accountable for leading the finance function. This will include overseeing the day to day finance area, monthly reporting, BAS, FBT and consolidations. Also budgeting and forecasting and providing meaningful commercial insights to partner with the business. You will provide strategic financial leadership which will include insights and deeper thinking and managing risks and opportunities. You will have good systems knowledge and be able to use automation to help achieve efficiencies and use dashboards to help decision making.

Profile
You will be CA/CPA qualified and technically excellent with broad accounting knowledge. You will have proven experience of team leadership and guiding a finance team rather than stepping in and "doing". You will have a good attention to detail and be both "hands on" and bigger picture. You will have good emotional intelligence and also curiosity. In addition you are resilient and calm and someone who wants to "own the finance fucntion".
