Opportunity: Record volumes have created opportunities for internal promotion, which is why we are now seeking a Credit Risk Subject matter expert for Asia's Corporate Asset finance Business.

Role: Reports to the Region's CRO and pitches transactions to the Global Credit Committee. This role will also work closely the Business Credit Underwriting teams in each country, as well as, the Collections/Recoveries Manager to restructure business turn-around proposals.

The Role is described as a Commercial Credit Subject Matter Expert level Analyst for South East Asia, Australia and NZ. You will be assessing transactions above local approval limits, push back and find better ways to underwrite large and often structured transactions and restructure facilities where there is a more sustainable outcome.

Deal types are all Commercial and Corporate finance facilities to fund Equipment, Inventory, Working capital for a range of; projects, equipment types and receivables.

This role will also represent ASIA on the global Credit Committee, with transactions generally over USD $20 Million.

Expectations: We are looking for people who best demonstrate the below skills and experience:

1. Tertiary qualifications, or better, in Accounting/Finance/Business
2. Corporate credit underwriting experience (Please exclude all real-estate secured credit, as this in non-core)
3. Bonus points if you have insolvency/turnaround/workout experience
4. Great communication skills as this will have senior executive and direct client negotiation exposure
