We are seeking an active and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Partnership and Event Coordinator. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Partnership and Event Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing and supporting events and partnerships and ensuring they align with the HART Sport strategy and goals.

In this role you will be responsible for the following -

Coordinate and service all existing and new partnerships and sponsorships and associated events

Develop and foster partnerships in alignment with HART Sport strategic goals

Assess potential sponsorship opportunities

Leverage partnerships to develop business and drive revenue

Ensure partnership benefits for both parties have been met in accordance with agreements

Coordinate and deliver digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with our partners and the HART Sport marketing team

Lead external activations

Travel and attendance at external events will be required including regular weekend work

Coordinate staff attendance at events

Execution of events, including product/resource requirements along with facilitating delivery to and from venues

Coordinate product requirements with partners

Collate sales data, stock summary and relevant event details following each event
