Now, we're looking for a superstar Events Coordinator to help deliver seamless, inspiring experiences for our clients, team, and community.

What You’ll Do

As our Events Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes magic that makes every event exceptional. You’ll:

Plan & support events from start to finish, including logistics, scheduling, and setup

Coordinate with vendors & suppliers to ensure every detail shines

Support high-level meetings — think boardroom-ready with AV setup, polished materials, and smooth execution

Keep things running like clockwork: from registration to catering to last-minute fixes

Deliver outstanding service to our amazing clients and team

About You

You’re highly organised, adaptable, and love making things happen. You thrive on detail, deadlines, and delivering wow-factor experiences. You’ll stand out if you have:

Previous events experience (especially corporate or B2B)

Confidence using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools

A warm, professional communication style

A problem-solving mindset and cool head under pressure

A genuine passion for service, people, and purpose

Bonus points if you’ve worked with AV equipment or have experience supporting high-level meetings!
