Ensure cost-effective planning and delivery and manage within set budgets.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work collaboratively with our Networked Teams and external partners to align event and engagement activities with organisational and team goals.

Source and manage vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery.

Community Engagement

Support our Networked Teams in building and strengthening relationships with their key community partners (e.g., sporting clubs, universities, patient groups, charities, and professional bodies).

Create content (event listings, social posts, EDMs) that encourages participation and reflects our brand values.

Evaluation and Reporting

Track key metrics for event and community engagement success.

Gather participant feedback, prepare evaluation reports, and implement improvements.

Prepare presentations and updates for senior management and stakeholders on the effectiveness of key events.

Ability to work flexible hours when events require (frequent evenings and weekends).

A self-starter attitude with strong initiative and minimal need for supervision.

Proficiency in a wide range of software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and event/project management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Canva).
