Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive and personable Customer Feedback & Reputation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face reaching out to our customers after service, gathering their feedback, encouraging reviews, and turning less-than-perfect experiences into positive outcomes. You’ll play a key role in helping us understand our customers better, while also protecting and enhancing our brand’s online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers post-installation or service to collect feedback and encourage online reviews.

Address and resolve customer concerns, especially those that could lead to or have resulted in any negative experience.

Report common feedback trends to management to help improve our service.

Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer issues when necessary.

Track review metrics and support efforts to improve our overall customer rating across platforms.

Represent the company with warmth, professionalism, and care.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're friendly, a great listener, and confident speaking with all types of people.

Strong conflict resolution skills – you stay calm and helpful, even in tricky situations.

Comfortable working independently and on the road, visiting customers.

Organized, reliable, and able to keep accurate notes on customer visits and feedback.

Prior experience in customer service, reputation management, or a similar role is a plus.

Must hold a valid driver’s license.
