The Role:
As the Sales & Client Relations Coordinator at BNB Made Easy, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our property owners, ensuring their needs are met, and driving the growth of the Wagga Wagga portfolio. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strong, lasting relationships with clients and guiding new property owners through the onboarding process.

You will act as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring our services consistently meet their needs. As a local to the region, you will also build relationships within the community and with local businesses, effectively representing BNB Made Easy as our regional champion.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations:

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with BNB Made Easy’s services.

Proactively communicate with clients to address concerns, answer queries, and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Manage client expectations, providing regular updates to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience throughout their partnership with us.

Collaborate effectively with our remote Customer Success team to ensure client success and service excellence.

Onboarding and Portfolio Growth:

Lead the sales process in the Wagga region, coordinating onboarding tasks with both local and remote staff.

Drive portfolio growth by nurturing leads, converting clients, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, helping them set up their property for success.

Work closely with cross-regional sales teams to achieve team goals, collaborating with remote staff to meet collective objectives.

Operational Support:

Provide essential support to the Wagga team by collaboratively managing workflow, schedules, and deadlines to ensure smooth operations.

Conduct property inspections regularly to ensure that all properties meet BNB Made Easy’s high-quality standards, maintaining consistency across the portfolio.

Support the region and broader business in delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences, ensuring that every aspect of service meets or exceeds our operational excellence benchmarks.

Work effectively with a dynamic team to address operational challenges promptly and efficiently.

Community Engagement:

Represent BNB Made Easy at local community events to raise awareness and strengthen our presence in the region.

Act as a brand ambassador at local gatherings and events, promoting BNB Made Easy’s services and values.

Engage with local businesses and key stakeholders to forge partnerships that support business objectives and contribute to long-term success.

Other Details:

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will either have or be willing to obtain a NSW real estate licence as part of this role.

Location:
Based in the Wagga Wagga office.

Starting Salary:
$80,000 - $85,000 + super
