Client Manager – Property Investment Specialist

This role is all about momentum—transforming qualified, inbound leads into long-term client partnerships. You won’t be cold-calling. Instead, you’ll be stepping into a high-trust environment where your ability to connect, communicate, and guide clients through strategic investment decisions will be your biggest asset.

You’ll be supported by our in-house finance and property research team, and empowered by our WealthGoal CRM, which gives you full visibility on each client’s journey. But make no mistake: this role is for someone with a fire in the belly—someone who wants to perform and win, not just show up.

What You’ll Do

Engage with financially qualified leads through Discovery Calls and Strategic Planning Sessions
Use WealthGoal, our proprietary CRM and strategy platform, to present tailored investment pathways
Simplify complex ideas and build trust quickly with high-income professionals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience
Guide clients from first appointment through to property acquisition
Track all interactions and progress in WealthGoal, maintaining pipeline momentum
Achieve and exceed performance KPIs, driven by your own hunger to succeed

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in property investment, buyer’s advocacy, or high-trust financial services
A performance-driven mindset with a genuine desire to close, grow, and make an impact
Ability to quickly build rapport and instil confidence in clients
Excellent communication and strategic sales capability
Strong understanding of leverage, cash flow, and investment fundamentals
Proficiency in managing pipelines and client journeys through a CRM (WealthGoal training provided)
Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
