About The Opportunity
As the Sales Specialist - Commercial Construction for our Sunshine Coast South office, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey, entrusted with the following responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business, aiming to not just meet but exceed revenue goals, and help expand local franchises.
Actively seek out new business opportunities through effective lead generation and outreach efforts.
Use CRM software to keep track of client interactions and ensure everything is well-documented.
Engage with our Design and Project teams to ensure we generate winning pitches that cater to the individual needs of our clients.
Handle contract negotiations, making sure to lock jobs while protecting our interests.
Manage our social media accounts, and keep them updated/planned with new content, and arrange with
3rd parties for professional site photos to be taken upon completion of jobs, and liaise with head office to keep our website up to date and fresh with blog content/job portfolios/photos.
Assist the directors with generation of sales campaigns.
Assist with new sales and marketing material/collateral and brochures.
Assist with office administration requirements from time to time.
What You Bring:
1+ years of experience in a sales, marketing or lead generation role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales metrics within monthly and annual budgets.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Analytical mindset, adept at interpreting sales data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
Valid Australian driver’s license.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Customer Relationship Management systems.
