About Our Studio:
Always Belle Photography, located in the heart of Melbourne, specialises in newborn and family photography. We're dedicated to capturing those fleeting moments and turning them into lasting memories for our clients. Our mission is to provide a warm and unforgettable experience for every family that visits our studio.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a Studio Manager to join us on a part-time basis, working 20-25 hours across 5 days each week. This hybrid position is mainly remote but will require your presence in the studio or at events occasionally. The ideal candidate will be the heart and soul of our client interactions, adept at building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Build rapport with clients, managing all communication through calls, emails, and texts. Engage in pre-session 'planning' calls and gather feedback post-session to enhance our services.
Session and Calendar Management: Ensure all photography sessions are scheduled efficiently, the studio's calendar is fully booked, and any issues with booking are addressed promptly.
Financial and Performance Reporting: Participate in weekly leadership meetings to report on key performance indicators such as weekly revenue, session bookings, payment plans, Google reviews, and conversion rates.
Gallery and Product Management: Coordinate with editing teams and labs to ensure all client galleries are processed and products are ordered and delivered on time.
Social Media and Content Creation: Manage the studio's social media presence by posting images, creating reels and carousel posts, and writing blogs for our knowledge centre. Capture behind-the-scenes footage to engage our audience.
Expo and Event Participation: Manage pre-expo preparations, set up, and attend expos to engage with potential clients, alongside managing staff during these events.
Editing and Design: Handle basic photo editing, product ordering, and album design tasks. Ensure images are resized for social media and categorised appropriately.
Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks and processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
The role may also involve other duties as required, contributing to the studio's success and growth.
Who We're Looking For:
Someone who loves speaking on the phone and making friends with clients.
A highly organised individual capable of multitasking and managing various aspects of the business.
A tech-savvy candidate with a current computer capable of downloading new programs, with fast internet speeds and a solid understanding of various software applications.
An adaptable team player who's open to taking on additional roles and responsibilities as needed.
