Programmed Skilled Workforce have a Client Support Officer (Duty Supervisor) vacancy available for an immediate start for their AFTERNOON SHIFTS. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe, fun client experience.
This role is a TEMP to PERM opportunity with 3-month probationary period with PROGRAMMED SKILLED WORKFORCE based at the Gold Coast Recreation Precinct – Palm Beach QLD 4221.
Availability to carry out the following rostering pattern is essential.
Please note that rostering outside these hours might also be required - this will be dependent on the needs of the business.
· WEEK 1: Monday – Thursday (13:00pm to 22:00pm)
· WEEK 2: Monday – Friday (13:00pm to 22:00pm)
As a Client Support Officer, you will be a key member of the team responsible for providing exemplary Customer Support to clients at the Precinct. You will be responsible for the Venue after hours with the assistance of the Venue Services Team.
Duties and responsibilities will include however, are not limited to:
Lead and oversee Leisure Centre operations
Lead and support Venue operations out of standard business hours
Organise daily CSO team and tasks, including but not limited to regular hirer liaison, client service management and leading the Regular Hirers monthly booking itineraries
Lead the Venue front of house reception team
Deliver key client services in line with the Venues compliance requirements, including compliance with financial management policy, cash handling, client service standards,
Conduct emergency procedures out of hours
Oversee the safety of clients using the Leisure Centre
Lead and support the development and implementation of new Leisure Centre products and services
Mandatory requirements.
Positive Paid Blue Card (not volunteer)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Highly desirable;
Intermediate level of computer knowledge and skills
One-year experience in a similar role with demonstrated knowledge of customer service-related delivery outcomes
Prior experience as a Duty Manager
Driver’s license
