About the Position:

We are recruiting for several permanent positions within our Client Services team, based out of our Brisbane (Spring Hill) office.

The Client Services Officer position is suited to entry and mid level applicants. Comprehensive training will be provided to build upon your current skill sets. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning on the job and advancing within the organisation over time. At First2Care, our Client Services Officers serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and prospective clients, providers, and stakeholders. You will be part of a team that provides assistance to our NDIS participants with respect to the financial management of their NDIS plans.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming and outbound enquiries through our 1300 phone line, offering exceptional customer support

Responding promptly and effectively to email enquiries

Accurately following data entry procedures and utilising written templates to complete administrative tasks

Redirecting inbound communications to the appropriate team members

You can expect to:

Hone your telecommunications, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with NDIS Participants, their Nominees, Guardians, and team members

Become proficient in using our specialised systems for administrative tasks

Gain in-depth knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, focusing on financial management of participant plans
