We are looking for a dynamic Client Service Officer to play a vital role as the first point of contact for individuals navigating aged care services.

McArthur is partnering with a valued organisation, who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional client experience every time. As a Client Services Officer, you will respond to general enquiries, support new and existing clients, and collaborate with government departments and service providers to ensure individuals receive the care and support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver industry-leading customer service via phone, email, or in person
• Engage with prospective, current, and former clients to understand their needs
• Schedule appointments and referrals efficiently and accurately
• Maintain 100% accurate data entry using client management systems (CRM)
• Actively contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement

About You:

• Certificate III in Customer Contact or equivalent industry experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of empathy
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex client situations with professionalism
• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across locations
• Competent with Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new systems
