As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Care Advocate to join our team. If you have experience in client services, an empathetic personality, and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
Assist with client inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs at an often overwhelming and emotional time.
Provide updates and liaise with Centrelink.
Skills and Experience:
At least basic experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A caring, empathetic personality with a passion for helping others.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
