About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Partner Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering and maintaining strategic relationships with educational institutions, business partners, and internal stakeholders. The Partner Relations Manager will act as a key liaison, ensuring seamless collaboration, project execution, and engagement with global partners. The ideal candidate will have strong bilingual communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience managing partnerships across international markets. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, driving meaningful collaboration and supporting AEMG’s global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact between the global partnerships team and internal and external stakeholders and partners.

Project Execution: Coordinator the collaboration of educational and business initiatives, in the planning and execution of special projects and monitor progress as well as follow up on action items, ensuring timely execution and quality.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues raised by team members and partners to strengthen and sustain long-term relationships.

Event Planning: Organise and coordinate company events, seminars, conferences and meetings, ensuring all details are managed effectively, in line with Senior Executive expectations and timeframes.

Documentation: Draft and translate documents between Mandarin and English, including agreements and reports as necessary.

Delegations: Assist the Global Partnership Directors with the logistical aspects of delegations inbound to Australia, including:

Drafting of detailed end-to-end itineraries for inbound Chinese delegations

Lodgement of travel applications (in OA) where required for AEMG staff accompanying delegations

Lodgment of visit related expense applications where required for inbound delegations

Sourcing and booking of flights, hotels and on-land transport for inbound delegations

Coordinating China Partner delegation student meetings and related student marketing

Qualifications & Experience:

Undergraduate degree in business, international relations, education, or a related field.

Master’s degree in business, international relations, education, or a related field is highly desirable.

Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.

3-5 years of experience in partner relations, administrative support, or a related field.

Strong relationship management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proven experience in event planning.
