Are you passionate about technology, building strong partnerships, and driving business growth? An international leader in cutting-edge security solutions is looking for an Relationship Manager to join their APAC team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of the company and onboard and work with the resellers to make them successful and ultimately the company. Based in Melbourne, you’ll play a key role working in a team of four.
What You’ll Be Doing
Grow and support a network of reseller partners across Australia.
Onboard new partners and provide ongoing training and support.
Deliver engaging product demos and webinars to new and existing partners
Drive sales through strategic conversations and partner engagement.
Manage CRM activities and sales tracking using Salesforce.
Collaborate with field sales to align strategies and maximize results.
Occasionally travel within the region to meet partners and strengthen relationships.
What You Bring
Degree qualified you will have two years experience as a relationship executive within a technology organisation.
Working knowledge in SaaS or security solutions is a plus.
Well spoken, you will have strong relationship-building skills and a passion for customer success.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and results-driven.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
