We’re seeking a standalone Sales Specialist to take ownership of a growing waterproofing product category. You'll manage the product across Victoria and be supported by a dedicated marketing specialist.

About the Role:

Call on builders, architects, engineers, and contractors to drive specifications and convert opportunities.

Secure and grow an existing pipeline of work across a mix of residential and commercial projects.

Prepare quotations, specifications, and tailored presentations based on client needs.

Provide ongoing technical product support and manage project delivery.

Track and manage live projects from initial spec through to completion.

About You:

Proven field sales experience within the building products space – waterproofing, tiling, flooring, or similar highly regarded.

Experienced in managing specifications and technical sales across construction projects.

Comfortable operating in a standalone, autonomous role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage and plan weekly activities.

Confident communicator able to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
