About the role:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Equity and debt capital markets
• Corporate governance and advisory
• Joint ventures and restructures
• Commercial contracts and compliance

• Join a busy corporate practice working directly with experienced and approachable partners
• Work on a broad mix of matters including:
• Draft and negotiate contracts, manage legal due diligence, and lead transactions with increasing autonomy
• Collaborate across teams and industries with exposure to long-term, well-established clients

The ideal candidate:

• A mid-senior lawyer with at least 2+ years’ experience coming from a mid-top tier law firm or reputable boutique firm.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand University, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Comfortable running smaller matters and confident working as part of a close-knit team on larger deals
• A client-first mindset with strong commercial acumen and drafting skills
• A genuine team player who’s keen to mentor and be mentored
