Manager Finance and Corporate - Not for Profit Community Services organisation

The organisation currently employs around 25 people and is currently expanding. This role is the Senior Finance role in the organisation and leads a small team.

Communication is a key element in this role and you will need to be confident interacting across all levels and supporting and coaching team members in their work and professionaldevelopment.

Degree in accounting or finance

Financial and business analysis skills

Managing payroll and finance for small organisation using Xero

Experience with compliance and statutory reporting requirements for government funded not for profit organisations

Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards

Leadership experience

Working with auditors

Government grants

Financial reporting to Boards
