About the role:

• Advise on employment and contractor arrangements in public and private hospital settings
• Handle regulatory and professional conduct matters, including NCAT and IRC proceedings
• Manage Medicare audits, government inquiries, and health-related investigations
• Draft contracts and provide advice on privacy, policy, and compliance in the health sector

The ideal candidate:

• A minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience
• A strong interest in medico-legal issues and claims management
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Confidence engaging with sophisticated clients in a highly regulated sector
• Experience or interest in public/private health systems (preferred but not essential)
