Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property law, including property transactions, leasing, and property development. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the highest standards of service. At the same time you will be afforded the autonomy to make the role yours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee property transactions from inception to completion.
• Commercial agreements and business transactions.
• Provide expert legal advice on residential and commercial property matters.
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers and staff.
• Stay updated on relevant property laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in property law.
• Strong knowledge of Queensland property law and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
