We’re looking for a commercially minded and technically strong Mid-Senior General Commercial Lawyer to join our growing team. If you love helping businesses thrive, enjoy drafting clear and practical agreements, and have a knack for structuring deals the right way from the start – we want to hear from you.

About the role:

This is a mid-senior position where you’ll work directly with business owners and stakeholders across a wide range of industries. You will provide strategic advice, draft and review commercial documents, and assist clients with their structuring needs.

Your work will include:

Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including:

Shareholder Agreements and Partnership Agreements

Terms and Conditions

Franchise Agreements

Service Agreements

Privacy Policies

Consultancy Agreements

Supplier and Distribution Agreements

Advising on business structuring and asset protection

Supporting clients with day-to-day commercial legal needs

Working collaboratively with other team members across legal areas

About You

At least 5 years’ post-admission experience in commercial law

Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

Confident advising on business structures and commercial strategy

Practical, proactive and commercially focused

Excellent communicator who builds rapport easily

Comfortable managing clients independently
