• With large client base, they work with high net-worth individuals, companies and some of the world’s most prominent brands.

About the role:

• Working with the Founder of the firm, who previously was a Partner at national law firms.
• Handle intellectual property litigation matters, with a focus on copyright, design and trademarks.
• Prepare cases, review documents and research legal issues.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with at least 3+ PQE and IP litigation experience.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Up-to-date knowledge of IP laws & regulations
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• A team player, capable of working autonomously.
