They're now looking for an Operations Manager to lead a number of their business units— around 35 staff total — working closely with their electrical and software engineering teams.

This isn’t a job where you’ll be buried in process for process’s sake. Your work will be core to how products are delivered and maintained in the field — with real-world impact on the people who depend on their equipment every day.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience leading operations, manufacturing, or engineering support teams — ideally in industrial, safety-critical, or hardware/software product environments
• Knowledge of repair workflows, inventory control, and continuous improvement principles
• The ability to work closely with engineering teams (electrical, embedded software, systems) and influence technical outcomes
• A mindset geared toward efficiency, scalability, and quality control
