Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Club Sales Manager to join our small sales team at Fernwood Fitness Carindale. In this hands-on role, you will work side by side with the Club Owners and other managers to drive sales and enhance member experiences. This position requires a confident and outgoing individual who excels at connecting with people and understands the importance of guiding potential members to find the best options for their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed set KPIs, membership targets and revenue goals.

Develop innovative marketing strategies and actively particpate in community outreach efforts and events to promote the club, engage with potential members, and build relationshipswithin the community.

Conduct sales calls and member tours to actively engage potential members and showcase the benefits of our club.

Collaborate with Club Owners and management to foster a positive club culture focused on member satisfaction and retention.

Foster and lead a motivated and inspired sales team by providing guidance, support, and training to achieve KPIs consistently.

Assist in various operational tasks and contribute to business activities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.

Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and existing members, helping them navigate their options for health and wellness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the fitness or health industry.

Demonstrated track record of consistently reaching and exceeding KPIs in a sales-driven environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A confident, outgoing personality with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness—especially in empowering women.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive results.

A proactive attitude and willingness to assist in various areas of the business as needed.

Previous experience in customer service and relationship building.
