The Organisation Based in the northern city fringe (with working from home 1 day per week), this privately owned, medium-sized FMCG organisation is blessed with an instantly recognisable brand and a great reputation.
While sourcing a permanent option, they are seeking an Interim Finance Manager to focus on delivering solid financial accounting services while improving processes and systems, as those opportunities arise.
The Position Reporting to the CEO and managing three staff members, the Interim Finance Manager will assume responsibility for the full spectrum of financial operations within this medium-sized FMCG organisation.
You will ensure that all reconciliations, reporting, and financial processes are executed with timeliness and precision.
The Person You’re an experienced, CPA/CA qualified Finance Manager who brings not only strong technical expertise but also a proactive, hands-on approach. To be successful, you will be detail-oriented, commercially minded, and confident in managing finance within a dynamic, fast-growing business environment.
You will have:

• Solid experience as a Finance Manager within a medium-sized, fast-paced organisation. in the FMCG or hospitality sectors
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, payroll, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to support and mentor a small finance team

What’s on offer A 3-month fixed-term contract with an hourly rate of $60/hr plus statutory superannuation (total $66.90/hr). An immediate start is required.
