The Opportunity:

As we approach the new financial year, we are seeing a noticeable uptick in contractor demand to help support the busy period. We currently have multiple professional services clients seeking skilled AP Officers to help support their finance teams through the next few critical months. These assignments offer a fantastic opportunity to step into busy, dynamic environments where your contribution will be immediately valued.

If you're available for an early-May start and want to secure work through to the new year, we have several opportunities that may suit you.

Role Profile:

• Full-function Accounts Payable across end-to-end processes
• High volume invoice processing
• Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
• Vendor reconciliations and management
• Handling payment runs and assisting with month-end close
• Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
• Maintaining accurate AP records and supporting audit requirements
• Assisting with ad hoc finance and administration duties as required

Successful Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running with minimal training and oversight.
Specifically, we are seeking individuals with:

• A clear background working within Accounts Payable
• Proven experience in high-volume environments
• Exposure to professional services firms is highly regarded
• Immediate availability to commence work from early May
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
