Exciting role for a Senior Office Manager to join a dynamic business within the manufacturing sector

Are you an experienced and driven professional looking for your next opportunity in office management? We have an exciting role for a Senior Office Manager to join a dynamic and growing organisation within the manufacturing sector in South Canberra.

Your new role

In this role you be responsible for:

  • Lead and inspire a team through effective people management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and workplace compliance.
  • Provide backup finance support, ensuring accurate reporting and assisting with financial processes as required.
  • Offer high-level administrative assistance to two senior executives - a Managing Director and a General Manager - balancing competing priorities seamlessly.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in people management and an ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong track record in creating and refining policies and procedures.
  • Solid understanding of finance fundamentals to provide backup support when required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive support, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, in line with the requirements of the role.
