Lead a 124-Place Centre with Purpose – Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale

Are you a passionate and experienced early childhood leader ready to manage a thriving and dynamic service? Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale is looking for a confident and capable Centre Director to lead our beautiful 124-place centre in Wyndham Vale, Victoria.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, foster strong relationships with families and the community, and ensure the delivery of exceptional early childhood education and care.

About the Role

Oversee daily operations of a 124-place early learning centre

Lead and mentor a team of educators and room leaders

Ensure full compliance with the NQF, NQS, and Busy Bees policies

Build meaningful relationships with families and local community

Manage enrolments, budgets, staffing and occupancy

Work closely with your Area Director and the broader national support team

What You’ll Need

ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

Experience as a Centre Director or 2IC in a similar-sized service

Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and regulatory frameworks

Proven leadership, team management and communication skills

Budgeting, rostering and operational experience

Current Working with Children Check (VIC)

Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
