Busy Bees at Port Melbourne is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our passionate team and provide high-quality care and education for children and families in our community.

Essential Criteria

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager or Centre Director in Early Childhood Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and regulatory standards

Strong skills in compliance, budgeting, rostering, and operational management

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support educators and build a high-performing team

Demonstrated ability to engage with families and build positive relationships

Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

Teacher’s Registration (if applicable to state regulations)
