Anila Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly regarded early childhood provider in the search for an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead their established team in Ascot Vale, Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a 90+ place centre with a consistent and dedicated team, including a full-time 2IC to support you.

About the role:

• $43 - $50 per hour + super + quarterly incentives
• You will work as the nominated supervisor for this 90+ early childhood service
• Montessori-based program and philosophy
• Full-time position with flexible hours
• Join a vibrant, bubbly and passionate team
• Report to an Area Manager who manages a small portfolio!

About the service:

• Beautiful 90+ place service catering to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
• The centre is rated 4.8 / 5 on kindi kids
• The service has established positive relationships with the community
• There has been a long-standing Centre Manager who has lead the service positively!
• The service is part of a small portfolio led by a lovely Area Manager who leads with compassion, inclusion and care
• Montessori-based curriculum with all in house training provided

About you:

• Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant centre Manager
• A strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills to foster a positive and engaged team culture.
• Ability to drive quality improvement, enrolments, and family engagement.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
