We’re looking for a dedicated and inspiring Assistant Centre Director (2IC) to join our leadership team at Follyfoot Farm Juniors by Busy Bees, a beautiful service set in the heart of Fountaindale, NSW.

About the Role

As the 2IC, you'll work closely with the Centre Director to ensure the day-to-day operations of the service run smoothly, while fostering a supportive and high-performing team culture. You'll lead by example, assist in compliance and administration, and support the development and wellbeing of children, families, and educators.

Your Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and support a team of educators alongside the Centre Director

Ensure compliance with the NQF, NQS and company policies

Assist in centre operations, rosters, family engagement and reporting

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local community

Step confidently into the Director’s role when required

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Proven experience in a senior educator, lead educator or 2IC position

Deep understanding of EYLF, NQS and regulatory requirements

Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills

Current Working with Children Check (Employee)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Training
