We invite you to join our fantastic Early Childhood community as a Centre Director for a high-performing service.
This full-time position allows you to join a positive and supportive work culture. We are looking for a Centre Director with 2-3 years of experience who can guide, mentor, and drive performance with an already high-performing team.

Childcare Centre Director Responsibilities
Operational Management
Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children and staff.
Manage the centre's budget, including resource allocation and expense tracking.
Staff Leadership and Development
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Curriculum and Program Development
Develop and oversee the implementation of educational programs that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children.
Ensure programs are inclusive, engaging, and aligned with best practices in early childhood education.
Monitor and assess program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
Family and Community Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
Organize and participate in community outreach activities and events to promote the centre and its programs.
Address and resolve parent concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure the centre adheres to all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Keep accurate records and documentation, including attendance, incidents, and staff credentials.
Child Wellbeing and Safety
Promote and ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children in the centre.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, including emergency preparedness plans.
Monitor child progress and development, addressing any concerns with appropriate interventions.
Administrative Duties
Handle administrative tasks such as enrolment, billing, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all children and staff.
Prepare reports for management, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders as required.
Continuous Improvement
Stay informed about current trends and developments in early childhood education.
Seek opportunities for professional growth and encourage staff to do the same.
Implement innovative practices and improvements to enhance the overall quality of the centre.
