Pay: $40 - $43 per hour based on experience

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Kedron you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
• Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
• Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
• Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

About Goodstart Corowa:

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Corowa is made from beautiful blonde sandstone and is in a residential area close to local schools, shops and community facilities.

Our educators pride themselves on developing trusted relationships with our children and their families. We make every effort to allow for a comfortable transition into the centre. We have four rooms, as well as Before and After School Care and Vacation care. We offer a bus service which picks up the school aged children directly from the local schools.

Our centre is fortunate enough to have a large outdoor play space with an undercover area at one end. The children can play outside all year around no matter what the weather conditions are.
