About the role

As the Warehouse Co-ordinator at Roadsafe Automotive / Toperformance (Specialist wholesalers' group) facility, you will play a pivotal role in efficiently managing our warehouse operations in Springvale, VIC. This full-time position is essential in supporting our development, transport and logistics functions, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to meet customer demands.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment

Coordinate and supervise the warehouse, delegating tasks and ensuring productivity and efficiency

Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems and processes

Monitor stock levels, identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues

Liaise with production, logistics and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of goods

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations through data analysis and process optimisation

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse co-ordination or similar role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and inventory control systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead a warehouse team

Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment is essential
