Despatch Operative & Warehouse Co-Ordinator

A successful manufacturing and distribution business, based in Mordialloc, seeks a hard-working, diligent individual with good numerical skills to become part of the team on a full-time basis.

Role will include:

Managing goods inwards/outwards

Inputting goods into the inventory control system

Picking and preparing orders with accuracy and care

Manually loading and unloading materials in the work area

Managing & organising the warehouse

Maintaining a clean and efficient workplace

Transferring goods between two sites (both on the same street)

Stock taking to a high degree of accuracy

Must possess:

High attention to detail

Good communication skills both oral & written

Excellent organisational skills & efficient at meeting daily deadlines

Confidence at solving problems

Computer competency

Forklift licence a necessity

Automatic driving licence a necessity

The nature of the work will require a degree of physical fitness (heavy-lifting etc.)

Immediate start with full training provided.

Working hours: 8 to 16.00, Mon to Fri (with occasional requirement for paid overtime).

Flexible hours can be arranged (if necessary) for the suitable candidate.
